Phase I is a stand-alone building located at 1101 Connecticut Street. Phase I ground-breaking occurred in 2017 and completed construction in December 2018 and is now fully occupied.

Phase 2 (RED) ground-breaking occurred in 2022.  Projected completion is 2025.

Phase 3 demolition (RED) is estimated to occur in 2026.  Projected completion is 2028.

Phase 4 demolition (RED) is estimated to occur in 2028.  Projected completion is 2030.
